SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is FREE to customers placing and receiving orders within the United Kingdom and Europe.

​

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order from our print-on-demand service, so your order may take us a bit longer to deliver to you than in other stores where products are stored in bulk.

​

We have multiple printing locations so we will deliver from our closest printing service, therefore delivery duration will vary depending on the product you are ordering and your delivery location.

​

Our T-Shirts & Hoodies take on average 1-2 weeks for delivery in the UK, and on average your product is produced in 2-5 days.

​

In the modern-day world where next-day delivery is the norm, we ask you please to remain patient whilst we produce your apparel with love.  

​

Following your order, we can inform you of your estimated delivery date.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you'll be happy with your product but also understand there are valid reasons for a return.  If your product is damaged or defective, please email contact@relaxchilloutvibes.com within 14 days of receiving your product(s) and we'll contact our print-on-demand suppliers for an exchange or refund. 

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes or a change of mind as our products are printed uniquely for your order, so please choose carefully before making your purchase or please contact us if you have any questions or require support.  Ultimately we want you to be happy with your purchase so we would be more than happy to support with any queries or issue pre or post purchase.

Purchase Cancellation - we can cancel your order if the product has not been fulfilled (prior to printing and ready to ship).  This typically is the case within the first 24-48 hours of your order. Once the order has been fulfilled, we cannot accept a cancellation.  

​

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Unfortunately, you will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
